Notice is hereby given that the Pierce County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, beginning at 9:11 a.m. in the Pierce County Courthouse, 111 W. Court Street, Pierce, Nebraska. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments concerning the application of McLean Auto Salvage and Sales to add a dealer license to sell vehicles and conduct auctions on property located in Part of Tax Lot 18 (Pt SW ¼ of the NE ¼) & Part of Tax Lot 9 all in Section 19, Township 28, Range 1 West of the 6th P.M, Pierce County, Nebraska. This property is located at 55261 866 ½ Road, McClean, Nebraska. Parcel ID’s 700017311 & 700017304.
