NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Pierce County Board of Equalization will hold a Public Hearing in the County Commissioners Meeting Room at the Courthouse on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. for real and personal property which is exempt from taxation pursuant to Section 77-202 to 77-202.7 of the Nebraska Statutes. A list of the applications, Form 451’s , Form 451NF’s and Form 451A’s, from organizations seeking tax exemption, descriptions of the property and recommendations of the County Assessor are available at the respective office.

Bidding Information
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Pierce
County Clerk until 9:11 A.M., Monday, March 30, 2026 and opened in
the presence of any bidder and considered at that time by the Pierce
County Board of Commissioners for the furnishing of certain
quantities of gravel, culverts, grader blades, highway road signs
and posts.
All bids must be submitted on the proposal blanks and according to specifications as furnished and available upon request from the Pierce County Clerk’s Office at 111 West Court Street, Room 1, Pierce, NE (402) 329-4225.
The Pierce County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.
